We were discharged from the OHSU hospital today. Twas a long drive home; arrived safely. Nancy was extremely fatigued from the trip. She is resting in her own bed now. Finally at home.....
WELCOME HOME FRANZ & NANCY we have followed your inspiring journey with admiration for you and all who love you and awe at the technology that has allowed all of us to be a part of it. we have waited anxiously for each update and breathed a sigh of relief at each hurdle you overcame. the power of prayer is miraculous and you have had so many people praying for you. we will now pray through the next part of the journey. we pray for a full recovery as quickly as possible and the strength you will need to get through it. WE LOVE YOU BOTH THE CT ST> GEORGES

Lots of love to you both & you transistion to home & all that that brings...NTT
Nancy, welcome home! So glad that you are back where you belong. Don't be afraid to ask for help and please let us, your family and friends do for you while your body heals. I look forward to seeing you next month. Love, Susie
Note to Franz and Peter who set this up and kept us so well informed. Thank you so much, it's so hard to be across the country during this time, but your notes have helped me bear it. Love Susie
I am so glad to hear you are at home. I just wanted to second Susie's comment. This blog has meant so much to those of us who are far away. I'm sure mom and I will be down soon. I can't wait to see you all.
